International and Specialized Services (Zentralstelle für Arbietsvermittlung, ZAV) assists finding operational and executive talent for:

• clients are predominantly medium-sized companies, but also include large companies and public institutions, research institutions, clinics, foundations, and associations

Services for employers:

• prompt and customized presentation of candidate profiles

The International Placement Service (IPS) provides advice to managers from abroad on:

• employment and training opportunities
• living and working conditions
• possibilities under the German social security system

• looking for a job in Germany, particularly for in-demand professions
• the application process
• questions on work permit eligibility or recognition of professional experience

• Comeback

Advice (in German only) on returning to the workforce after parental leave

Supports women who are looking to return to the workforce after being out of the workplace for at least one year for family-related reasons, whether child care or caring for a dependent family member.
The project offers systematic coaching, advice, and qualification services (both online and in-person). Advice for members of this target group is free thanks to funding from the European Social Fund.

• Worklife

Worklife advises mothers and fathers before and during their parental leave, as well as after their return to work on all matters of professional development (including planning parental leave), continuing education and job search, and provides specific assistance for the return to the workplace.
